Overview
For Lenzing’s product launch ceremony in China, the team sought to transition from traditional printed handouts to a more sustainable, digital alternative.
I designed a mobile-first event handout that change from one-time materials to a connected, real-time experience.

Role
End-to-end design from user research to high-fidelity prototype
Problem

Low-value, static information
Content is often redundant and fixed, offering limited usefulness once users arrive at the event.

Fragmented and disconnected experience
Resources are scattered across multiple channels, requiring extra effort to access.

Lack of continuity across the event journey
Physical handouts cannot support real-time updates or post-event access to materials

Analysis
After understanding the limitation of physical handout, I started analyzing the design oppotunities, verifying function priorities, mapping out user scenarios.

Solution
Based on the problem analysis, I created hi-fi design screens: each flow and features address the pain points and user demands I identified in the user research.

Impact
The ceremony took place on April 18th, and 19th. From April 13 to April 24:
